AN EFFECTIVE BIOACTIVE THERAPY
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a biological product obtained from the horse's own blood (autologous) that contains a platelet concentration above the normal baseline. PRP platelets and plasma contain a large amount of growth factors (GFs) and other biomolecules that activate and accelerate the repair and regeneration processes of the tissues where they are administered.

EXPECTED EFFECTS

Anti-inflammatory: Blocks the production of inflammatory cytokines while promoting the synthesis of anti-inflammatory cytokines.
Regenerative: Stimulates chemotaxis and stem cell proliferation in the injured area, replacing damaged cells and stimulating the production of extracellular matrix.
Angiogenic: Stimulates neovascularization in injured and fibrotic tissues.
Analgesic: Induces an endogenous cannabinoid-type cellular response in inflammatory conditions, reducing pain.
Homeostatic: Positively modifies cellular metabolism, activates anabolic pathways for new tissue formation, and inhibits tissue degradation.
Bacteriostatic: Slows bacterial growth and reduces the risk of infection.
