Shipment and delivery

For this reason, we understand that once you have ordered your products you expect to receive them as soon as possible.

Below we give you some information of interest about shipment and delivery.

- Europe: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania and Sweden.

Steps of your order:

Preparing your order > Parcel collection > Delivery

Preparing your order: Since we receive your order and we prepare it, until it's ready to be picked up by the courier.
Parcel collection: The courier picks up your parcel. The delivery time counts from that moment.
Delivery: It is the time it takes from the courier to deliver your parcel at your address.

Preparing your order

Orders done before 14:00pm from Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Any other orders done from Friday after 14:00pm to Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Once you have ordered, it is important to pay attention to your e-mail. After the payment we will send you an e-mail confirming your order. When your parcel has been picked up by the courier, you will receive another e-mail with your tracking number.


*If the product is not available we will contact you via telephone or e-mail to set a new delivery date or suggest you another product that suits your needs. In case of disconformity, your money will be returned immediately.

In all cases, the shipping charges will be calculated in accordance with the height and volume, and will be determined when you accept the order.

Delivery

- Deliveries will be done in business days, excluding bank holidays.
- Delivery schedules will depend on the selected service.

The parcel delivery will be realized at the provided address or in an Access Point if preferred. If you need to receive your parcel in a certain schedule, let us know about it in the "Comments" section of your order process. In any case, although we know that the agency transport makes every effort to deliver the parcels during the specified schedules by the clients, it may not be possible due to route planning.

In case of wrong address, it is not possible to change it once the parcel has been picked up by the courier. If you see incorrect details in your address, please contact us as soon as possible to be able to fix it with the transport agency.
