Preparing your order: since we receive your order and prepare it until it's ready to be picked up by the courier.
Parcel collection: the courier picks up your parcel. The delivery time count starts at that moment.
Delivery: it is the time it takes the courier to deliver your parcel to your address.

Preparing your order
Orders placed before 14:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Any other orders done from Friday after 14:00 p.m. to Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Once you have ordered, it is important to pay attention to your email. After the payment is made, we will send you an email confirming your order. When your parcel has been picked up by the courier, you will receive another email with your tracking number.
*If the product is not available, we will contact you via telephone or e-mail to set a new delivery date or suggest another product that suits your needs. In the event of a discrepancy, your money will be returned immediately.

- Delivery schedules will depend on the selected service.
The parcel delivery will be realized at the provided address or at a collection point, if preferred. If you need to receive your parcel on a certain schedule, let us know about it in the "Comments" section of your order process. In any case, although we know that the agency transport makes every effort to deliver the parcels according to the schedules specified by the clients, it may not be possible due to route planning.
In the case of a wrong address, it is not possible to change it once the parcel has been picked up by the courier. If you see incorrect details in your address, please contact us as soon as possible to be able to fix it with the transport agency.
