Description
DERFONGEN helps moisturize the skin that has been irritated by dampness and mud. Its strong moisturizing action softens and nourishes the skin and forms a strong protective shield. By combining exclusive Animaderm formulas with Oleo europeae and glyceryl, DERFONGEN lotion provides ultra-effective protection against winter problems. It also contains Vitamin E to help soften scabs and eliminate external parasites.
DERFONGEN also creates a water-resistant protective film that acts effectively to protect against dampness. This water resistance allows it to create a flexible, non-greasy barrier against dampness and external irritants; water simply runs off. It therefore protects the skin while keeping it moisturized and allowing natural ventilation. The hair is left smooth and shiny.

Indications
- Scab.
- Dampness or mud fever.
- Mycosis.
- Eczemas.
Dose / Application / Administration
Apply DERFONGEN once every 4 days.
Use alternatively Natjely in cases of hair loss (1 day Derfongen, 3 days Natjely) in order to stimulate the elasticity of the skin and to avoid any new bacterial attack.

- Problems related to moisture on the legs: ideally and the first time, shampoo the skin with DERFEN CALMING SHAMPOO to purify the skin and soften the scabs. Dry with a terry towel then apply directly the milk on the concerned members. Wait one hour and if possible apply NATJEYL balm over it to protect the area from the upcoming mud. Reapply derfongen 4 days later.
- Moisture related problems on the back, or other areas of the body: apply derfongen directly to the affected areas, rubbing in if the horse has a lot of hair. Reapply 4 days later.
