EQUI 2000 FOAL optimally supports the healthy development of foals and young horses and balances a feeding deficiency that could lead to disturbances in skeletal development and problems in growth (arthropathies with the development of OCD, damage to sinews, or muscle problems), as well as performance weakness and increased proneness to infection.

How do the main ingredients work?
- Whey powder: contains minerals, vitamins, proteins and high-value lactose and is recommended to balance deficiencies in cases of low amounts of colostrum, especially after weaning.
- Lysine and Methionine: very important for bone, muscle, and organ development.
- Calcium and Vitamin D: responsible for bone development and strength and for the full development of cardiac muscle and the musculoskeletal system.
- Iron and copper: essential for horses' growth and bone and joint development.
- Vitamins A, E, Betacarotene and Selenium: protect the cells from free radicals as well as from infectious diseases. Also essential for the correct functioning and structure of cardiac muscles and the musculoskeletal system.
Indications
We must ensure optimum development during the foal´s first years.
Dose / Application / Administration
· Foals 3-6 months of age: 30g/day — 2 scoops
· Foals 7-12 months of age: 45g/day — 3 scoops
· Foals above 12 months of age: 60g/day — 4 scoops
The doses refer to medium-sized breeds (full-grown horse 500kg).
