Indications
Gastrointestinal roundworms:
- Big strongylus: Strongylus vulgaris, Strongylus edentatus, Strongylus equinus.
- Small strongylus: Cyathostomum spp., Cylicocyclus spp., Cylicodontophorus spp., Cylicostephanus spp., Gyalocephalus spp.
- Piliformis worms: Trichostrongylus axei.
- Pinworms: Oxyuris equi. Ascáridos: Parascaris equorum.
- Intestinal strongylus: Strongyloides westeri.
- Big mouth worms: Habronema muscae.
- Filiformis-neck worms: Onchocerca spp. (microfilarias).
- Lungworms: Dictyocaulus arnfieldi.
- Gastrophiles: Gasterophilus spp.
Dose / Application / Administration
Routes of administration:
Oral.
Dosage:
A single administration of 200µg of ivermectin per kg of live weight. Each plunger split mark releases enough paste to treat 100kg of live weight (equivalent to 1,07g of product and 20mg of ivermectin).
The syringe containing 6,42g of paste provides enough product to treat 600kg of live weight at the recommended dose. A new treatment can be carried out depending on the epidemiological data, but with an interval of at least 30 days.
It can be administered to pregnant mares.
Do not administer this product to mares whose milk is used for human consumption.
